     Garcia Services LLC a HSS- Housing Stabilization Services Provider of DHS -Department of Human Services. We are a National Provider with an NPI- National Identification Number for covered health care providers nationally. HIPPA compliant, Vulnerable Adult and HSS certified.


     As a HSS provider we will support your housing consultant, transition and sustainable needs and wants. However, you are the driver. Together we will identify your goals, we will work together from Transition Services (housing placement) and beyond to Stabilization, (maintaining housing).

    We will research housing, schedule showings, seek aide for downpayments and furniture, setting up utilities.  We address barriers such as employment, credit building, consulting, expungement, food resources, transportation, county paperwork and eligibility. 

     If you are:

     Homeless or facing homelessness.
     Eviction notice, couch hopping, living     with family, friends, outside. unhoused, behind on mortgage.
    You may also qualify if you are currently transitioning or have recently transitioned from an institution or licensed or registered setting or Eligible for waiver services. 

     Disabling Condition
     Aged, blind, or disabled as:
    • Long-term injury or illness
    • Mental illness
    • Developmental disability
    • Learning disability
    • Substance use disorder18 years of age          or older
   Covered under MA Medical Assistance
